Maar
(2024)
A landscape that becomes a portal, the delicate tension between the tangible and the ephemeral; the contemplation of the infinite possibilities and the secrets buried under snow. These landscapes are not constrained by the natural laws of physics; they occupy a space of fluidity and transformation, where the passage of time bends, slows down and even pauses; they are elemental yet eternal.
Like fragments of stardust adrift in the cosmos, navigating the expanses of our inner worlds while simultaneously understanding our place in the vastness of the universe; Maar is a reflection on imperfection and transformation, mirroring our own internal landscapes.
A portal not only to new dimensions but also to deeper self-reflection, a poetic meditation on the fluidity of existence, an invitation to step outside of time itself.
